This episode brings you a heartwarming chat between our hosts and triathlon newbie Josh, who improved his timing by a whopping nine minutes in just a year. Jenna and Fede also share their recent training updates.
Next, we tackle your questions, with a special emphasis on aerodynamics. We discuss the implications of Roth banning fairings on bikes but allowing certain types of shoes, explore the efficiency of a BTA set-up for the cockpit, and discuss women's menstruation cycles and their potential impact on performance. We also debate the benefits of a dedicated tri bike versus a normal bike equipped with aero bars.
Here is a Link on hormones for female athletes that Jenna mentioned:

Our WTF moment of the week focuses on the lack of disc brakes on the neutral support at Ironman Cour D'Alene, leading to Sam Long's DNF.
Finally, we bring you race recaps from Challenge Roth and WTCS Montreal, check who got last week's predictions right, and make some new ones for the upcoming Ironman Frankfurt, the Pro Women's European Championships.
